Prescience (先制術, Sensei-jutsu) is an ability introduced in Bravely Second: End Layer. This ability is innate to astrologians, but equipping it gives priority to status-raising magic and abilities while even in a different job. Below is a list of all magic and abilities affected by Prescience:

Mislead --- Lower chances of being targeted by enemies to the lowest level possible.
Purrfect Stance 8 MP Increase the user's P.Def and M.Def to maximum for ten turns.
Meow to the Max 22 MP Increase the power of Catmancy and Cat Mastery of the user and its allies by 150% for ten turns.
Blazing Wolf Fencer --- Assume the offensive wolf stance. While in wolf stance, your P.Atk and M.Atk will be raised by 25%. Stance bonuses will stack with similar bonuses provided from other sources.
Stalwart Aurochs --- Assume the defensive aurochs stance. While in aurochs stance, your P.Def and M.Def will be raised by 25%. Stance bonuses will stack with similar bonuses provided from other sources.
Soaring Falcon --- Assume the speed-oriented falcon stance. While in falcon stance, your speed will be raised by 50%. Stance bonuses will stack with similar bonuses provided from other sources.
Bloody Wolf --- Assume the offensive wolf stance. While in wolf stance, your P.Atk and M.Atk will be raised to the maximum values. Stance bonuses will stack with similar bonuses provided from other sources.
Holy Night Bishop 8 MP Restore HP equal to 30% of the damage taken from attacks while in Default for 10 turns. However, damage resulting in K.O. will not be healed. Duration is not affected by Spellcraft. This is not triggered by a reflected attack.
Calm 1 BP Use at the beginning of a turn and nullify damage to all allies and enemies for the turn this ability is used.
Fate 48 MP Has a 100% chance to cause the status ailment love in an ally. The infatuated will be in love with the user.
Master-at-Arms Charioteer 8 MP Increase your affinity with equipped weapon by 3 stages in a battle.
Invocation Summoner 90 MP ---
Pay to Play Merchant 50 pq Spend your level times 50 pg to raise the target's Critical Rate by 400% for four turns.
Warhead Hawkeye 16 MP Imbue your weapon with the element of your choice, increasing the damage it deals by an amount equal to the spell's power, as augmented by your magic attack.
Condor 8 MP Add an effect that ignores Default's damage reduction to a weapon that lasts for ten turns, and allows you to deal 1.5 times the damage of a conventional attack to a target in Default.
Harpoon 16 MP Enhance your physical attacks to ignore the target's P.Def for five turns.
Decoration Patissier --- Increase the chances of a target being attacked by enemies to the highest level possible for ten turns.
Shunshin Ninja --- Raise evasion to maximum of six turns.
Utsusemi --- Evade a physical attack one time.
Ikkikasei 16 MP Raise the number of attacks by 100% for that turn only.
Impermanence 32 MP Reverse the effects of raised and lowered stats to all targets for four turns. Does not apply to the effects of Special Moves, Berserk and Stances.
Berserk Ranger --- Raise physical attack by 50% and continue making conventional attacks for six turns.
Provoke Pirate --- Raise your chances of being targeted by enemies to the highest level possible.
Spirit Barrier Valkyrie 10 MP Become impervious to damage for ten turns by sacrificing MP equal to 10% of the damage you suffered.
Invigorate Monk --- Raise physical attack by 25% for two turns. However, there is a 25% chance of failure, in which case you will take damage equal to 20% of your maximum health.
Undo Action Exorcist 16 MP Imbue an ally with an effect that cancels one action performed on it by an enemy.
Love Power Performer 30 MP Raise all targets' physical attack by 20% for four turns.
Got Your Back 24 MP Raise all targets' physical defense by 20% for four turns.
Key to Your Heart 24 MP Raise all targets' magic defense by 20% for four turns.
Little Devil 24 MP Raise all targets' magic attack by 20% for four turns.
Hearts❤On❤Fire 45 MP Raise all targets' physical attack and magic attack by 25% for five turns.
The Grand Ship 45 MP Raise all targets' physical defense and magic defense by 25% for five turns.
Soul Link Guardian 16 MP When you perform abilities that use Spirit Power, you can use the Spirit Power of the character you linked with instead of yours. The Spirit Power of the character you linked with increases every time you are attacked.
Soul Mirror 36 MP Put a barrier that reflects physical attack on one target for 3 turns. Different types of reflection cannot be stacked on top of each other.
Haste Time Mage 8 MP Raise one target's speed by 50% for four turns.
Regen 5 MP Restore 3% of HP to one target at the end of each turn.
Quick 20 MP Raise one target's number of attacks by 50% for four turns.
Hastega 32 MP Raise all allies' speed by 50% for four turns. This is not affected by reflect.
Reraise 80 MP Enable one ally to automatically recover from a K.O.
Quickga 40 MP Raise all targets' number of attacks by 100% for five turns.
Sonnenblume Kaiser 16 MP Release an aura that reverses turn order and allows slower units to move first.
Spring Awakening 24 MP Release an aura that recovers HP to all allies and enemies for 5 turns. Additionally, each side of the battle field receives 9999 amount of recovery and is distributed equally to each character.
Westwind 16 MP Release an aura that switches P.Def with M.Def for all allies and enemies for 5 turns.
Winter Storm 16 MP Release an aura that disables recovery of HP, MP and BP for three turns.
Overlord 24 MP Release an aura that allows attacks to always land critical hits for all allies and enemies for 5 turns.
Rampart Templar 2 BP Form a shield around all allies that prevents one physical attack.
